Volodymyr’s mother is a widow of a Hero of Ukraine; his father was a sniper and passed away in the war. Volodymyr has a younger sister, Viktoria, and both children are in our sponsorship program. Volodymyr is bright and fond of reading; moreover, he is courageous, strong-willed, and purposeful.
Kateryna's father was a military man and died in eastern Ukraine in 2017. She is the only child and has nobody, only her mother. Kateryna loves listening to music, playing the piano, and singing. She also enjoys bike riding, rollerblading, and swimming. Kateryna is a calm, polite, and responsible child.

Marta's mother became widowed when her husband, a soldier who served in a volunteer battalion from 2016 to 2018, died of a heart attack which he suffered during his service. Marta has 8 siblings. She is very active and likes to spend her time outside. Marta is fond of playing different games, creating diamond mosaics, and doing puzzles. 
Victoria's father was a military man and died in the war. Both Victoria and her brother Roman are in our program. Victoria has a lot of wonderful qualities -- courage, attentiveness, and kindness. She likes to make new friends and is also a very positive girl and a little shy. Victoria is fond of drawing and going to the toy stores.

Veronica’s father fought and died in the war, and her mother is a disabled woman working as a manicure master to provide for Veronica and her brother Illia. She enjoys bicycle riding, swimming, and playing the piano. Health-wise, Veronica has a congenital double heart murmur which needs to be monitored by annual check-ups.
Diana's father is a fallen war hero of Ukraine. Her widowed mother now works at a grocery store. Diana is very kind, sensitive, and patient. She has endurance and shows diligence in her studies and other areas. Diana loves playing the guitar, singing, and reading, and she also enjoys playing soccer and diamond embroidery. Diana has some vision problems.

Maria-Diana’s father was a military man and a Ukrainian war hero. Her widowed mother now cares for three children alone. Maria-Diana is the oldest and her two younger brothers are in our sponsorship program as well. Maria-Diana is a friendly girl who is attentive to others and a little shy. Maria-Diana likes to read books and is fond of drawing.
Uliana's mother is widowed as her husband was a soldier and served in a volunteer battalion from 2016 to 2018. He died of a heart attack, which he suffered during his service. Uliana has 8 siblings. She likes to spend her time doing independent activities. She is quick to do everything. Uliana is fond of reading and pencil drawing.

Angelina's mother is widowed as her husband was a soldier and served in a volunteer battalion from 2016 to 2018. He died of a heart attack, which he suffered during his service. Angelina is cheerful, very talkative, and likes to play with building blocks and dolls. She is fond of drawing. Angelina is tiny for her age and requires frequent medical checkups.
Pavlo’s mother became the widow of a Ukrainian war hero after his military father died during active duty. Pavlo is cheerful, optimistic, and active. He likes to spend time with his siblings and is fond of playing football. Pavlo listens to the teacher, completes his homework, and demonstrates upper middle academic performance.

Tetiana's father was a fallen Hero of Ukraine and died on November 2, 2018. Her mother became a widow. Tetiana has an older brother, Oleg, who is also in our sponsorship program. Tetiana is cheerful and active. She was born prematurely, but now she is healthy and lovely. Tetiana loves roller skating. She has grown into a beautiful girl.

Viktoria is kind, friendly, persistent, and courageous. She is fond of drawing. At school, Viktoria is in the upper middle in her schoolwork performance.

Yana lost both her parents. Her father participated in the operations defending the nation and died in a car accident. Yana's mother passed away from cancer. Yana’s grandparents are currently her guardians. She enjoys playing the piano and participating in sports and various activities.
Rostislav’s father passed away on May 30th, 2022, because of a missile strike, and the war left Rostislav's mother with three children. Rostislav is the middle child, with an older brother Dmytro, and a younger sister, Iryna. He is courageous, sociable, active, and self-reliant.

Maksym’s father died in the war as a hero defending Ukraine, leaving behind his wife and two children. Her widowed mother works as a seamstress. Maksym is kind, generous, and sociable; he is also active, courageous, and independent. He is fond of playing chess. 
Stanislav’s father participated in operations defending the country and died in a car accident. Stanislav’s mother died of cancer. His grandparents are currently his guardians. Stanislav is sincere, friendly, and conscientious. He likes computer programming, various sports, and other activities.

Yuriy's father is a fallen hero of Ukraine who died while protecting the country in 2015. His widowed mother works at a museum. Yuriy is sincere, friendly, and careful. He is very active in many different sports and activities, especially soccer. 
Olha’s father is a Ukrainian war hero who died while defending his country in 2014. Her widowed mother is a pharmacist. Olha is friendly, attentive to others, and sociable. She is an intelligent girl who likes to read books and improve her English. She is also fond of anime.

Illia’s father fought and died in the war. His mother is disabled and works as a manicure master to provide for her children. Illia is sincere, conscientious, compassionate, persistent, and friendly. He enjoys playing the guitar. Illia suffers from a potentially dangerous  brain condition, ICP.

Snizhana's father passed in 2021 while defending the country. She has her mother, a younger sister, Zlata, and a grandmother. Snizhana is a student at the Higher Vocational School. Snizhana is self-reliant and sociable, and she is going to be a hairdresser-fashion designer.

Mariana's mother is a widow of a Ukrainian war hero and a mother of nine. Her father was a soldier and served in a volunteer battalion from 2016 to 2018. He died of a heart attack, which he suffered during active service. Mariana is friendly, active, and creative; she paints a lot and makes her own video scenes. 
Oleg's father is a fallen hero of Ukraine who died in 2018. His widowed mother is the sole caretaker for Oleg and her younger sister, Tetiana. Oleg is calm and balanced. He loves photography. In regard to his health, he struggles with osteochondrosis of the head of his left hip joint (Perthes disease).

Yulia’s father was mobilized in March, 2022 and died in May, 2022 as a result of a missile strike. He also participated in operations defending the country during 2015-2016. Yulia is very kind and positive.  Furthermore, she likes to help her mother in the kitchen and look after her younger sister, Yustyna.

Dymtro’s father passed away on May 30th, 2022, because of a missile strike, and the war left the Dmytro's mother with three children. Dmytro is principled, calm, serious, and balanced. He enjoys sports and being active. He is self-reliant and helps his mother look after his younger siblings.

Sviatoslav’s father participated in operations defending their homeland. He passed away at age 37. Sviatoslav’s mother takes care of 4 children and her sick mother after her husband died.  Sviatoslav has been fond of soccer since childhood and has received many awards. Sviatoslav is cheerful, kind, and lively.

Daria’s father died during the performance of official duties in the war defending Ukraine. Daria lives with her mother and sister, Maria who is also in our program. Daria is calm, balanced, and fair. She is a very creative child and has an interest in photography. She has back problems and is prone to allergies.

After Denys' father died in a war, his mother suffered from a stroke. Denys is kind, generous, and friendly. He has a good family relationship with his mother and sister. He is fond of fishing and playing soccer. Denys needs money to get a good education after school, but his mother's condition prevents her from working to provide for him.

Veronika is kind, sociable, and friendly. She lives with her mother and younger brother, Denys. The siblings's father died in a war. Veronika has some health problems. She is sentimental, worries about others, and is self reliant. She is fond of painting and likes to spend time doing things creative.

Maksym's father was a military man and went to the front line in Luhansk right after he married in 2020. He received a penetrating wound, which killed him instantly. At that time, he was speaking with his pregnant wife (Maksym's mother) on the phone, who was at the beginning of her 6th month bearing Maksym.

Vladyslav's father was a military man who died in the Battles of the Donetsk Airport. Vladyslav's widowed mother raises her two children, Vladyslav and Viktoriia. The older sister Viktoriia is also in our sponsorship program. Vladyslav is very kind, funny, and positive. He likes actively spending time outside and is fond of riding a bicycle.
