Looking Ahead | 展望未来

In the second half of 2025, Living Hope will continue serving churches through cross-cultural missions and the Children’s Sponsorship Ministry.

From June to August, Living Hope will lead five short-term mission teams composed of 13 churches from North America to Honduras. These teams will serve alongside local churches in children’s ministry and share the Gospel in prisons. In October, we will organize a Retire & Refire mission team to Peru to partner with Chinese churches in ministering to local Chinese believers. We believe short-term missions broaden the vision of North American churches, renew the lives of believers, allow youth to experience God’s power, and bless and encourage local churches through mutual partnership. In 2026, mission trips will continue taking place in Honduras, Kenya, Ukraine, and across Latin America. If your church group is interested in participating, please contact us in advance.

In 2025, we will expand our partnerships with more churches in different areas of Honduras. As we have steadily advanced our children’s ministry, God has continually opened our eyes, allowing us to clearly see that the church is His chosen vessel—the key force He uses to transform communities. Living Hope firmly believes that lasting change must begin with the church. Therefore, our mission is to empower local churches to develop sustainable financial models and build authentic, deep spiritual relationships within their own cultural contexts, enabling them to shepherd the children in their communities in their own voice and way. But what we do goes far beyond providing material aid. We pursue a life transformation brought by the Gospel—a change that touches the very soul. This includes discipleship training, fostering a sense of belonging, and nurturing the hope of eternal life. We believe that when children grow up in such an environment, their life trajectories will be profoundly changed, and the entire community will be renewed as a result.

As we seek to partner with more churches in more countries to help more children know Christ, we invite you to join us through prayer, giving, and sharing this mission with others.

在2025年的下半年新希望将会继续通过跨文化宣教和儿童助养事工服事众教会。

从6月- 8月，新希望将带领由13间来自北美教会组成的5支短宣队前往洪都拉斯，与当地教会配搭服事儿童，并且在监狱分享福音。在10月，我们将会组成一支前往秘鲁的退而不休短宣队，与华人教会一起服事当地的华人弟兄姐妹。我们相信通过参与短宣，北美教会在宣教上开阔眼界，弟兄姐妹生命被更新，青少年经历神的大能，当地教会也因着北美教会的服事与配搭被激励和祝福。 2026年，我们将在洪都拉斯、肯尼亚、乌克兰、中南美洲继续开展跨文化短宣。如要报名的教会团体，请提前与我们联系。

2025年，在洪都拉斯，我们将与更多地区不同教会合作配搭。 在我们一步步推动儿童事工的过程中，神不断开启我们的眼睛，让我们清楚地看见：教会是祂所拣选的器皿，是祂用来带动社区转变的关键力量。新希望深信，真正持久的改变，必须从教会开始。因此，我们的使命是：赋能本地教会，帮助他们在自己的文化土壤中，发展可持续的财务模式，建立真实深厚的属灵关系，以自己的语言、自己的方式，去牧养社区中的孩子。但我们所做的，远远不止是提供物资援助。我们追求的是福音带来的生命更新——一种触及灵魂的转变。这包括门徒的培训、归属感的建立，以及对永生盼望的认识。我们相信，当孩子们在这样的环境中成长，他们的人生轨迹就会被彻底改变，而整个社区，也将因此焕然一新。
